In January 2026, MILUA Education Foundation expanded its Literacy Support Initiative to Methodist Basic School 2, Favos, in response to the need for strengthened foundational reading and writing skills among selected pupils.

Through the provision of tailored learning resources and focused literacy support, 65 learners are currently receiving structured academic reinforcement aimed at improving comprehension, writing ability, and classroom participation.

Since commencement, early observations indicate improved learner confidence and stronger engagement during literacy sessions.
